App: Loosen Up: Sort Nuts and Bolts (com.vvcavesvv.loosenup)
Developer: vVcAVesVv Games ("we", "us")
We do not collect your personal information. The game has no accounts of our own and no analytics of our own (on Android, Google Play Games, run by Google, is described below). Your progress is saved on your device and may be backed up to your own Google account by Android, if Google backup is turned on (not to our servers). The ads in the game are provided by Google AdMob, which may collect some device information, described below.
Your finished levels, stars, settings, unlocked items and daily puzzle streak are saved in a small file on your device. We never receive this file. Uninstalling the game removes it from your device.
Android Auto Backup may also copy this file to your own Google account (Google Drive backup), so your progress can come back after you reinstall the game or move to a new phone. That backup is made and kept by Android and Google under your Google account settings; it is not on our servers and we cannot see it. You can turn it off in your phone's Google backup settings.
None by us automatically (what Google collects through AdMob and Google Play Games is described in their sections). We do not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos or any other personal data, and the app asks for no special device permissions. The one exception is if you choose to send us a bug report, below.
"Report a bug" opens your own email app with a message already filled in. Nothing is sent unless you press send in your email app. If you do, we receive your email address and the technical details in the message: the game version, your device model, Android version, screen size and the level you were on, plus whatever you write under "What happened". We use these only to fix the bug.
The free version of the game shows ads using Google AdMob. AdMob and Google may collect and use information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads, to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other regions that require it, the game asks for your consent with Google's consent form (UMP) before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time in the game's settings or in your device's ad settings. You can also reset or opt out of personalised ads in your Android settings (Settings, Google, Ads). Learn more in Google's policy at policies.google.com/privacy and support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543.
Buying "Remove Ads" removes banner and between-level ads. Rewarded videos are optional and only shown if you choose to watch one.
On Android, Loosen Up uses Google Play Games Services so your Speed Run times can appear on worldwide leaderboards. The Play Games SDK starts when the game starts. Google may then collect analytics and diagnostics data about how the SDK runs (to keep it stable and improve it), and Google may sign you in automatically if you are already signed in to Play Games on your device. This can happen whether or not you open a leaderboard.
If you are signed in, Google receives the time you submit together with your Play Games profile (your Play Games name, avatar and player ID). Signing in is optional: you can sign out, and the whole game works without it. Runs you pause are never sent to the worldwide leaderboard. We do not receive your name, email or contact details, and we do not keep a copy of leaderboard data on our own servers. All of this is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy and the Play Games terms. You can change who sees your profile, or delete your Play Games data, in your Play Games profile or your Google Account. Your own best times are also kept on your device and are removed from this device when you uninstall the game.
The optional purchases (Remove Ads and the cosmetic skins, backgrounds and bolt finishes) are handled by Google Play. We never see your payment details. Google Play keeps a record of what you bought so it can be restored on a new device.
The game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help.
We do not sell or share personal information because we do not collect any. Information collected by AdMob and by Google Play Games is handled by Google under its own policies.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date.
